"We(two sisters and I) had the pleasure of working with Julie and Meg on the sale of our Uncle's home in Malta. They were the 2nd agent we spoke with, and what a great choice we made. Neither of my sisters lives in the area, as we were 3 1/2 hours north, nor had we ever dealt with selling a home. Julie and Meg met with us within hours of our first call to them. The knowledge they were able to give us was impressive. Like man,y Google was our friend, but we quickly learned Julie and Meg would turn that around. We had to do a lot of upgrades to get our Uncle's home ready for sale. Again, with our very limited knowledge of even what to repair or what not to. Julie and Meg were impressed with our final decisions. After a final push one weekend to spruce up the kitchen, we came to decide on a starting point to list our Uncle's home. Julie and Meg were always at the ready when we had questions or concerns. They, however, said we had made great choices, and it would sell very quickly. Lo and behold, they were correct. We received an offer within hours of the listing going live. Fast forward 24 to 36 hours, later we had a call that the furnace was not working correctly. Julie, knowing we were 3 plus hours away, said she would contact a repairman and meet them there. Thankfully, it was a very simple fix with a door not closing properly. When it came to discussing offers and how we proceed again, Julie and Meg made the time to have several conference calls with the 3 sisters, who each had questions. They were grateful for listening to each question and concern we had, making sure we had all the proper information. We never dreamt that being 3 plus hours away, we would have listed, show,n and a closing within 30 days"
